Welcome to BagMan. By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms.

1. Who we are

BagMan is a UK-based supplier of printed grip-seal bags and packaging accessories. Contact: hello@bagman.uk.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. Orders are only dispatched once payment is confirmed.

4. Age restriction

Our products are sold strictly to customers aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Intended use

BagMan products are sold as empty, unused retail and food-grade style packaging for lawful purposes only — for example storing small retail goods, craft items, beads, screws, components, samples, or food items where appropriate. They are not sold for, endorsed for, or intended for the storage, packaging, distribution or supply of any controlled, illegal, restricted, hazardous or regulated substance.

By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products lawfully and in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations.

6. Misuse & post-purchase responsibility

Once goods leave our premises and are delivered to you, full responsibility for their use, storage, resale and end-application transfers entirely to you, the buyer. BagMan has no knowledge of, control over, or involvement in what the packaging is subsequently used for, who it is sold or given to, or how it is filled, labelled or distributed.

BagMan expressly disclaims any and all liability — civil, criminal, regulatory or otherwise — arising from the misuse, unlawful use, or onward sale of our products after purchase. Any such misuse is the sole responsibility of the buyer or end-user.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order at our sole discretion, and to report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential, reputational or third-party losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one displayed on this page at the time of your order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
