Why

Our printed grip-seal bags are intended for adult customers operating businesses, market stalls, and retail shops. We do not sell to minors under any circumstance.

How we verify

• An age gate is shown the first time you visit the site
• By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over
• We reserve the right to request ID and to cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed

Misuse & buyer responsibility

BagMan packaging is sold as empty, unused retail-style packaging for lawful purposes only. It is not intended or endorsed for the storage, packaging, supply or distribution of any controlled, illegal, restricted or regulated substance.

Once the goods are delivered, full responsibility for how they are used, stored, filled, labelled, resold or distributed transfers entirely to the buyer. BagMan has no involvement in, knowledge of, or control over the end-use of our products after purchase.

BagMan accepts no liability whatsoever — civil, criminal or regulatory — for misuse, unlawful use, or onward sale of our products by the buyer or any third party. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders and to report suspected unlawful activity to the authorities.
